TED Talk Feature – How to make stress your friend

We all struggle with stress. Sure some of us struggle with it more then others but one thing we can all probably agree on is that we need to understand stress better. Kelly McGonigal tries to make us believe that stress can actually be good for us. Although I think I actually agree with what she is saying in this TED Talk I still wish I could find a way to eliminate it.
