Biden lashing out about how often the media talks about his age: report

Age is nothing but a bleepin’ number, according to President Biden.

The oldest-ever commander-in-chief, who turned 80 last month, has “vented to allies” about how much the topic is discussed in the media as he sizes up a bid for a second term in 2024, Politico reported Tuesday.

“You think I don’t know how f—ing old I am?” an exasperated Biden — who reportedly has a penchant for profanity — ranted to one of his acquaintances earlier this year, according to the outlet.

Biden, who has said he expects to run for another four years in office but has pushed a final decision back until early next year, would be 86 years old when he leaves office if he completes a full second term.

“I just hope and pray that when I am in my 80s, I still have that kind of energy,” Rep. Mike Levin (D-Calif.) told Politico when asked about the wisdom of re-electing an octogenarian president.

Poll after poll has show Biden’s age and health are serious concerns for most voters.

An October survey found that 64% of Americans, including 50% of Democrats, said they were “concerned” about Biden’s mental health after a ghastly incident when he tried to recognize Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-Ind.) during an event — forgetting she had died in a car accident weeks earlier.

That same month, Biden himself acknowledged during an interview with MSNBC that his age is a“legitimate” issue.

“I think it’s a legitimate thing to be concerned about anyone’s age, including mine,” Biden said in an interview with MSNBC. “And I think the best way to make the judgment is to watch me. Am I slowing up? Do I have the same pace?”

In that interview, Biden suggested that he actually felt closer to 50 years old than 80.

Former President Donald Trump is the only candidate from either party to officially launch a 2024 White House bid so far.

In a hypothetical 2024 matchup, Trump, 76, lags behind Biden by 47% to 40%, according to a USA Today/Suffolk University survey released Tuesday.

However, the same poll found Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis topping Biden 47% to 43% in a hypothetical 2024 presidential race.
