Former NFL Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III is now facing five charges stemming from his fiery car crash this week that left a woman dead.

Clark County prosecutors on Friday tacked on additional felony charges DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm, reckless driving resulting in substantial bodily harm and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a firearm while under the influence, according to court documents obtained by the Las Vegas Review Journal.

The football star was previously charged with DUI and reckless driving resulting in death.

If convicted on all counts Ruggs, would face up to 46 years in prison, according to prosecutors.

He’s due back in court next week for a status hearing, at which point prosecutors are expected to file a criminal complaint, the newspaper reported.

Ruggs, 22, was driving his Chevrolet Corvette Stingray with his girlfriend at a hellacious 156 mph early Tuesday when he rear-ended a Toyota RAV4, killing 23-year-old Serbian immigrant Tina Tintor and her pet golden retriever

According to law enforcement, Ruggs had a blood alcohol content level of .161, more than double the limit of 0.08. He was cut by the Raiders on Tuesday.

His longtime girlfriend Kiara Kilgo-Washington, 23, suffered a serious arm injury from the crash, resulting in the additional charges. A loaded handgun was also discovered on the floor of the athlete’s wrecked vehicle, prosecutors said.
