A house exploded in Florida Thursday afternoon, injuring multiple people.
The blast decimated a one-story home outside Tampa, ripping apart the structure, tearing off its roof, and leveling a fence around the property, according to the Hillsborough County Fire Rescue.
Two people were rushed to the hospital after the 4:15 p.m. explosion, one of them with a “trauma alert,” WTSP reported.
A photo of the wreckage showed a dilapidated structure with the roof caved in and a fence demolished by the blast.
The cause of the blast was not known on Thursday. The fire was under investigation by authorities.
