Georgia thief is a dead ringer for Bradley Cooper

A suspect is born!

Bradley Cooper fans are trolling a Georgia police department that’s hunting a thief who could pass for the actor’s body double.

Cooper’s doughy doppelganger — who looks like a heavier, scruffier version of the “A Star Is Born” actor and director — was caught on camera swiping a rotary laser from a Home Depot in McDonough on July 23, the Henry County Police Department said in a Facebook post.

Fans were quick to point out that the crook is a dead ringer for the Oscar-nominated star — if he were playing the role of a small-town schlub.

“Bradley Cooper has seen better days,” one person wrote in the comment section.

Another bashed the celebrity’s apparent twin, writing, “Bradley Cooper really put it on for this role.”

The post had drawn nearly 500 comments by Thursday, with one fan quipping, “Bradley Cooper pulled a Wynona Ryder!,” referencing actress Winona Ryder getting caught shoplifting at a posh Beverly Hills store in 2001.

In October 2018, British cops turned to the internet to help find a bandit who fans pointed out was a dead ringer for David Schwimmer, who played Ross on the TV show “Friends.”

The Henry County Police Department implored anyone with information about the Bradley Cooper lookalike’s identity to call Detective Sergeant Holisky at 770-288-8252.
