Las Vegas Police Department has reported the death of a man on a dirt bike after he crashed in the southeast valley. The incident took place late Saturday night. However, the cops are investigating the matter thoroughly.
Man Dies after Dirt Bike Crashes
A 48-year-old man died after his dirt bike crashed in the southeast valley on Saturday night. The incident took place at 8:30 PM on Saturday. However, the Las Vegas Police Department has reported the case and continuing its investigation. The man was riding his 2001 Yamaha dirt bike on Tropicana Avenue east of Steptoe Street. According to the report, his bike left the roadway and hit a curb. Besides that, the man was brutally hit a light pole and was thrown from his bike. However, he was then taken to Sunrise Hospital. Unfortunately, the doctors weren’t able to revive him and he died.
Identity Not Yet Revealed
So far, neither the Las Vegas Police Department nor the hospital authorities have revealed the man’s identity. The hospital says that until his family arrives, they cannot unveil his identity. Moreover, the report says that the man had severe inures in his body. His dirt bike was also smashed pathetically. Although, there are no witnesses of the case. The Las Vegas Police is thoroughly investigating the matter to get some more information. Besides that, no one from the man’s family has yet contacted them. As of now, the cops have declared it a traffic-related casualty. However, this is the 66th traffic casualty in 2021.
