Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre is a publicity-hungry liar who falsely accused British royal Prince Andrew of sexual assault for a “payday,” attorneys for the Duke of York argued in a court filing Friday.

“Prince Andrew never sexually abused or assaulted Giuffre,” lawyers for Andrew wrote in a motion to dismiss the Manhattan federal court suit brought by the accuser.

The attorneys argued that, for years, Giuffre shopped “sensational” stories about her abuse by Epstein and his associates to various media outlets — and the suit against Andrew is her latest attempt at securing cash.

“Giuffre has initiated this baseless lawsuit against Prince Andrew to achieve another payday at his expense and at the expense of those closest to him,” they wrote.

In addition, Giuffre inked a release agreement with Epstein in 2009 that should block any legal action she could take against the royal, Andrew’s lawyers wrote.

In her suit, Giuffre claimed Andrew sexually assaulted her three times in New York and abroad while she was under the thumb of Epstein and his alleged cohort, Ghislaine Maxwell.

In a statement, Giuffre’s attorney David Boies said Andrew’s attempt to highlight the release agreement shows he is desperate to escape the suit.

“Prince Andrew’s attempt now to use the 2009 release as a get out of jail free card shows how desperate he is to dodge and duck the facts of what he did,” Boies said.
