Three people were killed in Afghanistan’s eastern Nangarhar province after bombings targeting Taliban vehicles.
The explosions in the city of Jalalabad left three dead, though it’s not clear if any Taliban officials were among the casualties. Another 20 were wounded.
The attack underscores the growing conflict between Afghanistan’s new rulers and the even more extreme ISIS-K which are have a stronghold in the province.
A second bomb also exploded in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul on Saturday, wounding two people.
